Claims and returns
Online store MILVARAP.BG informs its customers that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (LCP) of Bulgarian legislation the goods received by the customer due to the nature of online commerce can be returned within 14 days, without explicit reasons for this, as long as the condition of the goods is the same as it has been obtained, haven't been used except for a sample, the integrity of the packaging is not damaged , have preserved their presentation (all labels, stickers, etc.)
Refusal of purchased products without a reason
If the goods ordered does not represent what you wish, you can return it for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

This is necessary to process in the shortest possible time the order and send you in return a new product or refund the money. The costs for a courier service for the return of product (s) are borne by the Client.
The refund for a purchased product comes after accepting the shipment from us, after verifying in its entirety! Reimbursement is carried out only by a bank transfer within 10 (ten) days from the day of receiving the shipment.
Reverse COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will not be accepted!
Damaged or faulty goods upon receipt
Upon receipt of the package you must check the content of the package for matching the product with the application. If finding a defective product to 48h. of receipt and in undisturbed presentation of the goods and packaging, we commit to replace it with new one under the commercial guarantee of the manufacturing company or reimburse your cost of goods according to Article 55 of the CPA of Bulgarian legislation, from the date you as a consumer have exercised your right of withdrawal. After this deadline or in violation of the presentation or packaging of goods, the repair the goods is performed under the specified in the warranty card conditions.
We do our best, our products to be shipped without any defects. However, if you receive a defective product, it is necessary only to contact MILVARAP.BG team and we will arrange to replace the products.
The costs for a courier service for the return of product (s) are at the expense of MILVARAP.BG.
Reimbursement is carried out within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the consignment.
Wrong delivered products or those that do not meet the specifications of the site
For non-compliance of the product with the characteristics listed on the site the supplier refunds the full amount paid by the consumer, including shipping costs paid by the consumer to acquire the goods according to Art. 59 para 3 of the Consumer Protection Act of Bulgarian legislationand within 15 working days of receipt of goods and undemaged presentation of the goods and the packaging.
If you have received a different product, please contact us immediately, to return the product and it will be replaced.
All costs for the return and delivery of the right product will be handled by us.
If the product does not meet the specifications in our offer, you can return it for replacement or full refund of the money.
If you agree to replace the product with another of a greater value, it is necessary to pay the difference, and if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund of the product.
